Sadness

My heart is heavy thinking about the people of Haiti. I find myself holding the little ones a bit closer lately and feeling so much gratitude for all I have in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with those affected as I continue to light a candle and send positive energy to Haiti. I am sure most people know how to donate to the cause but I wanted to share a few links to help you if you are undecided about how to help. For my fellow Canadians, the federal government will be matching donations to registered charitable organizations. The CBC has a wonderful resource page set up here with information how and where to donate plus general information on the crisis .
